Elizabeth Wolfe started her legal career as a solo practitioner on the Eastern Shore of Virginia with a primary focus on Family Law in 2013. After spending four years with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony charges she returned to the practice of family law in 2020. Since that time, she has represented clients in Virginia and Maryland assisting them in navigating the complexities of family law.
Elizabeth understands the emotional turmoil many of her clients experience and demonstrates empathy and understanding, while providing skilled and valuable representation. Elizabeth works with her clients to understand their goals and develop an action plan and legal strategy to meet those goals.
Elizabeth has handled custody, visitation, divorce, and support cases throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and Maryland. She understands that no two cases are the same, the necessity of working closely with her clients, maintaining regular contact, and allowing them to not only share their goals but for her to listen to their story so she can better understand how to approach each individual case.
Elizabeth received her Masters in Business Administration from Regent University, and her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in all Virginia and Maryland State Courts.
